Priceopia is a competitor price tracking service that monitors e-commerce product pages for changes in price, stock availability, and content. We provide email alerts and analytics based on detected changes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use Priceopia to scrape data you do not have the right to monitor, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. Accounts & Billing
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; refunds are issued at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Priceopia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
